On 20/12/2004 Fithou started the experimental stage of the automatic system of study result enquiry through telephone.
The manipulation of using the system is very simple, all of which are pressing the buttons to insert Student ID, the semester required, and listening to marks of the Student ID’s owner.
Stemming from the graduation thesis by Eng. Nguyen Xuan Nguyen, Ancient Fithou of class 00B2, the system has been developed over a long period by Mr. Luong Cao Dong, Master and supervisor, and Nguyen. It was finished to meet the basic requirements of testing by the afternoon of 19/12/2004.
The system operation is aimed at providing Fithou students with the best study and research conditions.
From now on, users can search for marks of Fithou students from the year 1998 to the present date by following the instructions:
1. Dial the number: 04.8684218
à A welcome and a requirement for student ID will be heard
2. Insert student ID, e.g., 0099B12 -The student ID is arranged as the student list at Fithou website of student management (Available at www.fithou.edu.vn à Vietnamese à Diem thong tin sinh vien or ̉http://qlsv.fithou.net/qlsv.asp)
(press the buttons for the numbers as usual, the button 9 for the letter B, button 8 for the letter A and # for the next step).
à The student’s name and a requirement for the semester will be heard.
3. Insert the needed semester (from the first to the eighth one), press # to continue
à the marks required will be informed.
4. End the call.
