As the school year 2004-2005 has finished, FITHOU students eagerly enter summer holidays with plans for a great deal of volunteer activities.

On June 20 and 21, FITHOU volunteers had a meeting to open the Summer 2005’s volunteer campaign. The campaign will start with the participation of FITHOU students in the university entrance examination on July 4 and 5, in which they will contribute in the examination supervision as well as help examinees with such necessary information as that about the examination site and the faculty. Furthermore, the volunteer campaign will be even more meaningful when FITHOU volunteer students, together with those from National Administrative Institute, generalize basic knowledge of IT in Yen Thuong Commune, Gia Lam District during a period of 30 days . On two days of June 21 and 22, this group of volunteers took part in a training course of useful skills such as those of class organization, teaching method and received course books of general IT. Differentially from the previous years, the group will stay on site during the course so that they will be able to work with the local youth in activities like giving gifts to families of privileged treatment by the government, guiding local people with civilized lifestyle, environment protection, etc.
