| From the Ministry of Sciences and Technology and the Vietnam Association of Information Processing: According to the invitation of Prime Minister PHAN VAN KHAI, MR BILL GATES, President of the Microsoft Corporation will pay a official visit to Vietnam for 2 days April 21-22 , 2006. |
During the trip, besides the official programmed working with some leaders of the Vietnamese government and related Vietnamese organizations, MR Bill Gates was planning many activities with the Vietnamese ICT community.
- Meeting, Speech, with Vietnamese software developers: From 13.30-15 pm, Friday 21/04/2006 at The Hanoi Opera (Planned)
- Meeting, Conference - Debate with Vietnamese student: From 16-17.30 pm, same date at the campus of Hanoi University of Technology.
- Working meeting with The National Managing Board 58: on April 22, 2006.
The VAIP has announced that some scientists from FITHOU will be invited to participate to some of the above mentioned activities.
People attending the meetings are proposed to prepare a short question (which will be asked directly by the participant) for the Q&A session with MR Bill Gates.
